We’re excited to host you! Check your confirmation email for your reservation details, planning guides and a personal link to complete any remaining booking requirements.

Please read the house rules, share them with your group and reply to your confirmation email to confirm you agree. Complete your rental agreement using the link in your email.

Your personal door code and arrival information will be sent before check-in.

Your private river trail

Enjoy private access to the Little River via a scenic private trail, only 0.2 miles (about a 6-minute walk) from the house.

Bringing a dog? Please read

Advance approval and the $100 pet fee are required before arrival. Unapproved or unpaid pets may result in a $300 fee.

  • Up to 2 dogs with advance approval. Any exception requires our written approval and payment of applicable additional pet fees before arrival. All pet rules still apply.
  • No pets on furniture or bedding
  • Pets MUST be crated if left alone
  • Clean up all pet waste from the yard before departure to avoid additional cleaning fees

If a dog was not included when you booked, contact us for approval and the pet fee request before arrival.

Sierra Sky house rules

  1. No smoking or marijuana inside the cabin or on the decks. Use the cigarette disposal receptacle for cigarette waste; its availability does not allow smoking inside or on the decks.
  2. Pets require advance approval and payment. Please see the pet rules below.
  3. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests at any time unless an event has been approved in advance. Events require prior arrangements and an additional event fee before check-in.
  4. Use the property at your own risk. Sierra Sky is in the wilderness. Be aware of your surroundings. The homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness on the premises or its facilities, or for loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, guests assume the risks arising from use of the premises.
  5. ATVs are allowed on-site, but not down to the river or island area below, which we do not own.
  6. No underage drinking.
  7. One outdoor camera faces the driveway. It is not actively monitored during your stay.
  8. No discharging firearms.
